Much-Needed Relief In The Urgent Court

On Friday, 02 December 2022, BDK Attorneys, approached the High Court, Pretoria on an urgent basis with Director Johan Eksteen at the helm and Advocate Jaques Groenewald on brief.

The application was on an ex parte urgent basis, to restore our client’s goods which were unlawfully removed from its possession.

Our client became aware that the respondent had unlawfully and fraudulently removed it’s goods from its business premises. Despite opening a case of theft at the South African Police Service, the respondent persisted that it lawfully purchased the goods from our client.

The Honourable Madam Justice Collis ordered that the Sheriff immediately remove the goods from the respondent’s possession and place it back in the possession of our client.
